Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (such as sales or new launches), please allow an extra 1–2 business days for dispatch.

We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia — no minimum spend required.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for details before purchasing.

 

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at pointedtheory@gmail.com with your order number.
We’ll work with our delivery partners to locate your package. Pointed Theory is not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

 

Pre-Orders

Items marked as pre-order will include an estimated ship date on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they will ship together unless you request separate shipments (additional shipping fees may apply for split orders).

Every pair of Pointed Theory shoes is carefully packaged in our signature box using eco-friendly and recyclable materials to ensure your purchase arrives in perfect condition.
