Are your shoes comfortable?

All of our first season shoes are kitten heels, which are widely known for being the epitome of comfort when it comes to heels. However, we have also added a very comfortable memory foam in the insoles of the shoe to support your feet more, making these shoes absolutely perfect for long wear. 

What material are the shoes mades from?

Our shoes are made from genuine leather and are hand-made, which is why they come in limited stock. Often you have to choose between comfortable and beautiful shoes, but we want to offer both. 

Do you ship internationally or just in Australia?

Yes, we ship both domestically in Australia and Internationally. 

How long does shipping usually take?

The duration of your shipping may vary on your location, however, as soon as we receive your order, it becomes our priority to ship it straight away. 

What is your returns policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can find more information on our refund policy page found on the footer of our website. We understand that sometimes we might not be the perfect fit for you, but we want to make your shopping experience amazing, even if it means you would like to return a Pointed Theory shoe.
